Just had a note from Kimber (the Meprolight Distributor) that the Meprolight sights for the Jericho just arrived.

Did they give you pricing or a part number by chance. I would like to have those on my .45

Hey Ray, no a nice lady there just let me know that they had come in from the manufacturer earlier than anticipated. They're not up on the website yet.
They have an old listing for Baby Eagle sights and those were $110. This seems to be a fairly standard price for the fixed Mepro's.

Changing the sights on the Jerichos are not for the faint of heart if you do it yourself - mine appeared to be pressed in by Superman himself.

I had a quick question. Ive got a steel frame 941FB compact. do all nightsights made for the jericho also fit compact sizes? or just mid and full?? I'm looking to buy some new ones and I cant seem to get a straight answer.

That stuff tends to be all the same, the only things that change for compact are the firing pin/barrel/spring + pin/slide/magazine, the obvious crap.

How exactly are the sights attached to the gun? I have a new full size, steel 9mm 941, probably one of the last batches from Charles Daly as it's a 2009 model. After giving it a quick once over, it looks like the sights aren't removable.

I like everything about the gun except the "white out" white dot sights. I was thinking of getting some night sights.

They are in fact removable, but it is typically not a pleasant experience to do it:

From the sounds of that thread you posted I think I'll put off that project until I can acquire a spare slide just to modify.
