10-4. Michael Kassnar of CD had been struggling to find the perfect name and saw a sign for the city of Jericho while in Israel negotiating with IMI. I dont remember his exact words, but it was something to the effect of "he was inspired".

kind of off topic, but does MR now have a deal with Walther?

Here is a P99:

Here is the new "Baby Eagle FA" (and is branded as such  ):

It would appear so. Someone said they found MR listed as an importer on the German Walther site; the post is on here somewhere, can't remember what topic at the moment. Also, S&W has the SW99, same gun only not as 'polished' from what I've heard. I don't know how the MR version shoots, but the Walther and S&W are both quality weapons. Check the P99 topic for more info and some good pictures.

No kidding that's the same pistol (MR are stated as a "Reseller" on their site). So now we have 3 types (?) of Baby Eagle....

And the best part is, the Baby Eagle FA is an entirely different gun. This will make ordering parts and obtaining information easier than ever. On the bright side, atleast this really makes it doubtful MR will be the latest importer of the Jericho.

I believe it was Michael Kassnar from KBI, but I'm not certain about that.

To add to the confusion-Charles Daly was selling a pistol that looked almost identical to the Baby Eagle FA/P99/SW99..Not sure if they are the same gun but pretty sure, I remember seeing it when looking for a Charles Daly Jericho and having to flip back and forth with a picture of the FA baby Eagle..I believe it was listed as the CD9 but not sure I may have the name mixed up. Thats weird since it's not a BUL product it would mean MR would be competing with CD with more than 1 pistol by than 1 manufacturer. I wonder who had it first and if that was another shady move by MR? If you include the Jericho 941 that MR is supposedly bringing back that would make 3 guns by 3 different manufacturers that MR and CD were both selling or planning on selling? Perhaps MR was just following CD and snatching up their entire product line in order to put them out of business intentionaly? I dont know, this is all news to me but thought I would point out the "coincidence" with the BE FA as well..

I happened upon a Desert Eagle 1911 today, and I have to say, despite that huge damn logo everyone hates, I would seriously consider one. Even if they are made out of the fallen dreams of children.
